As part of the Pareik family of event venues, Pareik at Brandywine is full-service venue and event planning company located in Brandywine, MD.
Our beautiful gallery venue is over 3,000 sq/ft and includes gorgeous 14-foot windows throughout, 25-foot exposed ceilings, and grey hued luxury vinyl flooring. This space was carefully curated to bring modern sophistication and alluring ambiance together for your memorable moments. Additionally, you’ll find luxurious compliments throughout such as a 24-foot custom bench that can offer additional seating or be used as you so desire and 36-inch crystal chandeliers.
We have O-Back Ghost Chiavari chairs, tables, linen, chargers, centerpieces, and candelabras that come standard in all packages, with the option to add on a variety of other event décor and service items.
Our consortium of celebrity Planners, Decorators, Bar Tenders, DJ’s, Caterers, and vendors will make your event Epic!

How many tables and chairs do I get with my rental?

Does the venue rental time include set up and take down?

Yes. Should you need additional time, extra hours can be purchased.
What are your hours of operation?
Hours of operation are as early as 8am and as late as 1am. We have standard time slots that include a 6-hour rental time frame (repass packages are 4 hours). And we can accommodate custom time frames as well.

Does requesting a consultation or tour guarantee my event date?

No. Once you receive your consultation or tour, you will be able to make a deposit to confirm the date of your event. Tours, consultations, and estimates does not secure your event date.
How much is the deposit and balance payments and when are they due?

To confirm your booking of the venue, a deposit of 30% of the total venue cost must be paid to hold your date. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event. The security deposit will be due 24 hours prior to you event. You will receive a reminder, and someone will reach out to you.

Payments accepted are credit card, debt card (and PayPal).
Is there room for a dance floor?

Yes, our spacious venue offers optimal space for seating and ample space for a dance floor.
