ALCHOHOL POLICY

Bartending @ Pareik at Brandywine - YOU MAY PURCHASE YOUR OWN ALCOHOL AND HAVE IT SERVED BY A LICENSED AND INSURED BARTENDING COMPANY. ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE SERVER PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF BYOB OCCURS YOUR EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
 

Please choose from one of our pre-approved (licensed and bonded) bartending vendors below.
     •    Eleven 21 Mixology 
     •    Call Me At 5 O’Clock​

     •    DIVA Event Staff

     •    Not Your Average House Party

All other bartending vendors are required to have written approval from Pareik Management. 
 

Please email your request along with a copy of the license and insurance information of the requested bartending vendor to Info@Pareikatbrandywine.com to obtain approval no later than 14 days prior to your event.

ONLY the pre-approved bartender(s) (specifically named per the approval  email) is/are permitted to pour alcoholic beverages. If there is more than one bartender, each bartender that will be onsite should be listed in the request for approval.

NO bottles of alcohol are permitted to leave the bar.  NO BOTTLE SERVICE permitted. NO SHOT service permitted.

Alcohol service and/or your event will be cancelled/ shut down without a refund should there be any violations.

Please Note: THE SALE OR B.Y.O.B OF ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED.

PAYMENT POLICY

• To confirm your date, a deposit of 30% of your rental total is required at the time of booking. You will receive a link to sign/approve your contract and make the deposit and final payment on your mobile device or personal computer.

• The balance of your total rental  is due 14 days prior to your event.

• The damage deposit of $500 is due 24 hours prior to your event.

• A Fee for Event Security in the amount of $30o is assessed at the time of booking to all weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) events that start after 4pm. This fee is in addition to your venue rental and covers the monitoring of the interior and exterior premises during your event.

• Cancellations: Once you have booked your event, full refunds can be issued within the first 24 hours of booking. Should you need to cancel 90 days prior to your event, you can select a 50% refund or receive a 100% credit towards rescheduling your event with us.
